IT Project Coordinator | Changi | $4500 to $5500 + Bonus #5252

Location:  Changi Airport

Salary:  $5000 to $5500

Contract Period:  1-year contract

Bonus:  1-month completion bonus (subject to performance)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion with a hands-on approach

Work closely with vendors and system integrators for project implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Analyze issues and perform troubleshooting independently, reducing reliance on external vendors

Support vendor production operations, including privileged access reviews and coordination of VAPT activities

Validate vendor deliverables, including performing API testing to ensure quality and requirements are met

Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and coordinating project communications

Prepare materials for meetings and document key decisions and action items

Track project costs and manage maintenance contract renewals

Support procurement activities for new projects and enhancements

Use basic coding (Python/JavaScript) to write simple test scripts, automate tasks, and verify data accuracy

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience in IT project management and demonstrated ability to drive and take ownership of projects

Exposure to or interest in IT project management is preferred

Basic knowledge and skills of Python or JavaScript with the ability to write simple scripts to automate testing and validation

Experienced in managing vendor relationships and supporting production operations

Familiarity with privileged  access reviews and VAPT  is an added advantage
