Workplace Event Executive (AV) | Changi Airport | Up to $3700 #5252

Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable)

Salary: $3300 to $3700

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary on-site contact for event operations, overseeing AV setup, furniture arrangement, operable wall configuration, stage setup, and overall event coordination

Ensure reinstated to its original condition after each event

Work closely with the Facility Management Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely housekeeping, equipment reset, and venue readiness for the next booking

Manage and track inventory of furniture, AV peripherals, and other event-related equipment. Propose replacements or upgrades as needed to maintain quality and functionality

Provide timely support and coordination for any technical or AV-related issues during events

Work with the Workplace Executive to manage the event schedule and coordinate with the AV team for preventive maintenance and timely issue resolution

Must be able to support Workplace Services team in workplace operations during off-peak periods

Job Requirements:

Higher Nitec or Diploma in Events Management, Media Technology, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in event operations, with exposure of AV setup and intermediate troubleshooting of sound, projection, and conferencing systems

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage client expectations professionally

Good IT literacy; comfortable with basic troubleshooting and system coordination

Willing to work on weekends as part of event support requirements
