Position Title: Site Engineer

Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: 5.5 Days; Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for residential building projects, ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedules.

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of works.

Monitor civil, structural and architectural works including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, waterproofing, tiling and finishing works.

Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate with consultants and relevant parties to resolve technical issues on site.

Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship, materials and construction activities comply with project quality standards and requirements.

Monitor project progress, manpower and material requirements, and provide regular updates on site status, delays and potential risks.

Ensure all works comply with approved safety procedures, workplace safety requirements and relevant Singapore construction regulations.

Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, inspection records, progress updates, RFIs, defect lists, testing records and handover documents.

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience, preferably in residential building construction projects.

Good knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction methods, sequencing and site coordination.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.

Proficiency in Design Software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Familiarity with Singapore construction practices, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
