Job Summary

Supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining service quality, and assisting in achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Supervise employees to complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards

Respond promptly and professionally to guest comments, requests, and complaints, taking ownership to resolve issues

Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity to maintain operational effectiveness

Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs assigned by management to drive business growth

Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and improve service delivery

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to uphold customer satisfaction

Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations

Assist in scheduling staff shifts and coordinating work assignments to optimize workforce utilization

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry

Strong leadership skills demonstrated by effectively managing and motivating teams

Effective communication skills applied in staff supervision and customer interaction
