Process Engineer (PCBA, Semicon)

Responsibilities

Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA and semiconductor-related products.

Support NPI, prototype builds, process validation, and production ramp-up.

Troubleshoot process and production issues and conduct root cause analysis.

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues.

Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and engineering reports.

Support equipment setup, process qualification, and implementation of new technologies.

Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.

Experience in PCBA, semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing is preferred.

Familiar with manufacturing processes, process validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Experience with NPI, yield improvement, or continuous improvement projects is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
