Engineering Technician

Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out intensive planned Preventive Maintenance program for all Utilities

Draw out spare parts from storeman for machine repair/PM

Carry out Preventive Maintenance for Air conditioning and Utilities based on PM schedule

Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting and functional checks of aircond system to ensure serviceability

Maintain and support plant facilities and Utilities equipment to meet cost, quality and productivity standard

Assist in installation, modification and improvement works of utilities system

Duty and responsibilities to ensure all work are carried out in a safe manner,health and safety regulations

Conduct troubleshooting and fault analysis, simple maintenance such as filter cleaning, oil change for the utilities equipment

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

Min Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or other related Engineering fields.

Min 2 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment

Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food safety and workplace safety requirements

Candidates holding Class 1 Boiler cert will be an advantage

Willing to respond to emergency breakdowns when required
