Job Summary

You will deliver quality food and beverages while maintaining health and safety standards, provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, and support store operations including cash handling and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Deliver attentive and friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience in a fast-paced environment

Prepare and serve quality beverages and food products following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Follow operational policies and procedures accurately, including cash handling protocols

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to meet hygiene standards

Adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment while maintaining composure and efficiency

Communicate clearly in English to assist customers and team members effectively

Work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous but not required; training will be provided

Demonstrate an outgoing and energetic personality to create a warm and friendly atmosphere

Exhibit a strong service mindset and respond positively to feedback

Ability to start work immediately is a plus
