Bus Driver

Job Description

Safely operate the company bus and transport employees/workers according to assigned routes and schedules.

Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while maintaining high standards of passenger safety and service.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the bus is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.

Promptly report vehicle defects, accidents, breakdowns, traffic violations, and other incidents to the supervisor.

Ensure passengers comply with company safety and transportation rules.

Maintain good attendance, punctuality, and compliance with assigned working schedules.

Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, inspections, and maintenance as required.

Comply with Singapore traffic laws, Workplace Safety and Health requirements, and company policies.

Maintain a valid driving licence and all required licences or authorisations.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and operations personnel to ensure smooth transportation operations.

Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

Minimum primary/secondary education or equivalent, with relevant bus-driving experience preferred.

Possess a valid Singapore driving licence and any required vocational licences or authorisations.

Good knowledge of Singapore roads, routes, and traffic regulations.

Good driving, vehicle-handling, and time-management skills.

Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and physically fit.

Able to communicate effectively with supervisors.

Able to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
