Job Summary
You will operate dish-washing equipment and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and customers.
Responsibilities
Operate the dish-washing machine efficiently to clean dishes and utensils for daily restaurant operations
Clean restaurant areas thoroughly to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff
Sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment to comply with hygiene standards and support food safety
Collect and dispose of rubbish promptly to maintain cleanliness and prevent hazards
Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned to support smooth restaurant operations
