PROJECT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documents, including contracts, permits, plans, and reports.

Assist in developing project schedules and timelines,

Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and work completion.

liaison between the Project Manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure that meeting minutes are documented and distributed.

Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress and any changes to the plan.

Assist in tracking cost changes and monitor project budgets, expenses and financial reports.

Assist in resolving any quality-related issues that may arise during construction.

Collaborate with the Safety Officer to ensure that safety procedures and regulations are followed on the construction site.

Identify and report potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.

Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for the project.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/ management/ superior/ Project Management

Requirement

At least 2 years’ previous work experience, preferably in a Building construction related field

Previous experience in a construction-related role is advantageous.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and standards.

Good team player with ability to work with the team and handle multiple projects

Committed, positive attitude and able to handle projects independently

Able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment

Aluminium and glazing Facade experience will be an added advantage
