Research Fellow

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow to join our research team focused on advancing the frontiers of natural language processing and large language models. The successful candidate will conduct cutting-edge research while contributing to collaborative projects that bridge theoretical foundations with practical applications in AI and machine learning.

What You'll Do

Conduct independent and collaborative research in NLP, LLMs, and/or speech processing, with emphasis on novel algorithmic development and theoretical contributions.

Develop innovative approaches to problems such as multilingual capabilities, model efficiency, robustness, and interpretability.

Publish high-quality research papers in top-tier conferences and journals (ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICASSP, Interspeech).

Collaborate with faculty, graduate students, and industry partners on research projects.

Mentor undergraduate and graduate students in research methodologies and technical skills.

Who We're Looking For

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or related field.

Strong publication record in NLP, machine learning, or speech processing with demonstrated research impact.

Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present complex technical concepts.
