Job Description

The Service Crew supports the daily operations of the café by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining operational cleanliness, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

Support daily café operations to ensure smooth service flow and operational readiness during shifts

Operationally hands-on during service periods to support customer service, cashiering, beverage preparation, and café operations

Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation standards, speed of service, and customer experience

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across dining, service, and preparation areas in compliance with food safety and workplace safety requirements

Assist with stock replenishment, inventory handling, and proper storage practices

Support basic cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines and café equipment

Provide friendly, energetic, and customer-focused service while handling customer enquiries and feedback professionally

Job Requirements

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Former models, cabin crew or luxury services looking for trendy / hip cafe (Front line / PR customer service)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good customer service and communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Location: Harbour Front
