As a Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Assist therapists in preparing patients for therapeutic equipment and activities.

Support the setup, supervision, and execution of therapeutic exercises for patients.

Aid in the fabrication of devices necessary for patient rehabilitation.

Manage patient records by preparing, retrieving, and filing documents.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.

Coordinate the transport of patients to and from therapy sessions.

Handle inquiries, manage phone calls, and convey messages accurately.

Assist in maintaining an inventory of therapeutic equipment and supplies.

Conduct inventory checks and prepare necessary documentation.

Perform basic data entry and retrieval using relevant software.

Maintain the upkeep of therapeutic devices and equipment.

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent.

Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
