Responsibilities

Install and set up intelligent window control systems at project sites.

Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and site operation teams.

Liaise with customers to understand project requirements and respond to enquiries.

Provide internal technical support and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve project and technical issues.

Prepare user manuals and conduct product/system training for clients when required.
