Position Title: Cleaner

Working Location: Island Wide

Working Hours: 5.5 days (8 am-5 pm)

Salary Package: Basic $2,500 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.

Execute daily tasks professionally in accordance with the company’s commitment to excellence.

Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring it remains in safe working condition.

Identify and report any pest control or maintenance issues to management for immediate action.

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to deliver services efficiently and safely.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and exceed client expectations.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide feedback to supervisors.

Continuously uphold company’s values of professionalism, integrity, and reliability in every task.

Having relevant experience in cleaning, pest control, or environmental services is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.

Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.

Good communication skills, able to interact with clients and team members.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.

A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Training will be provided.
