Warehouse Assistant cum Driver (Full Time / 5 Days Work Week)

As a Warehouse Assistant cum Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to company outlets, as well as supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. This role ensures efficient handling of incoming and outgoing stock, assists in warehouse organization, and provides operational support for company events and activities. The position requires a reliable, proactive, and team-oriented individual capable of performing both driving and warehouse tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Delivery &Transportation

Deliver goods to own outlets and customers according to the scheduled route and timeline.

Ensure safe handling and transportation of goods to prevent damage.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and basic vehicle maintenance.

Report any vehicle or delivery issues promptly to the supervisor.

Warehouse Operations Support

Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods accurately.

Support the picking, preparation, and dispatch of outgoing goods for delivery.

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory in the warehouse.

Assist in periodic cycle count sand physical inventory checks.

Support all other warehousing functions as required to maintain operational efficiency.

Event &Fair Support

Provide logistics support for company sales events, demo and exhibitions.

Assist in the transportation, setup, and breakdown of event materials.

General Duties& Ad-Hoc Tasks

Carry out any other duties as instructed by the supervisor or management.

Undertake any other job functions assigned from time to time to support team and business operations.

Requirements

Minimum N Level or equivalent qualification.

1–2 years of experience in driving lorries or delivery vehicles, warehouse operations, logistics is preferred.

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and stock management.

Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving of goods.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
