Operations Assistant, Air Freight @ East | Permanent

Salary: Up to $4,000 per month

Location: Alps Avenue (Transport provided at designated pickup points)

Working Hours: 5.25 days week (Alternate Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end Air Freight import documentation and customs clearance processing.

Coordinate closely with overseas offices, agents, airlines, and local ground handlers to ensure timely clearance and cargo delivery.

Perform system updates, import permit declarations, and prepare invoices and shipping documents.

Address and resolve operational discrepancies or customs hold-ups efficiently.

Provide accurate shipment status tracking and proactive customer service support to clients.

Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience in air freight operations.

Knowledge of customs permit declaration procedures and standard import documentation.

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational setting.
