📍 Location: Loyang Industrial Park

📅 Contract: 6 months (Extra headcount, conversion available)

💰 Salary: Up to $4,500/month

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join the team and provide front-line customer and operational support across the Southeast Asia region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the front-line contact for customers and provide day-to-day sales and service support.

Manage customer accounts and coordinate with internal teams to handle enquiries, quotations, orders and administrative requests.

Process and resolve sales/shipment discrepancies and customer complaints.

Schedule and coordinate service resources according to customer requirements, urgency and contractual obligations.

Support warranty claims, commercial returns and product servicing, including on-site and hub-related services.

Prepare and process commercial documents including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, letters of credit and other documentation.

Coordinate operational systems, business processes and reporting.

Provide administrative support to internal teams and assist the Senior Coordinator/Team Leader.

Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) with debt collection activities.

Assist with general office and reception administration when required.

Support marketing and communications activities across Southeast Asia.

Manage company and product literature, including ordering materials from the UK/US, maintaining stock and arranging shipments to regional offices.

Coordinate translation and printing of marketing materials and create new sales literature when required.

Handle customer requests for company/product literature.

Source and coordinate company gifts, including supplier negotiations, quality checks and regional shipments.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-oriented, customer service or commercial environment.

Good understanding of commercial and logistics processes.

Knowledge of sales documentation, post-sales procedures, payment methods and finance controls is an advantage.

Good computer literacy.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Strong team player.
