BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Food and Beverage (F&B) industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and drive business growth

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with customers, outlets, and partners to expand market presence

Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve sales performance

Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth fulfilment of customer orders and seamless service delivery

Prepare sales reports and update management on business performance to support informed decision-making

Lead and guide sales team members to achieve targets through coaching and performance management

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new partners

Manage and follow up on sales opportunities to meet business growth targets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, partnerships, or related roles

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills demonstrated in client meetings, networking, and on-site visits

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
