Process Engineer (Electrical Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

Review and improve factory and production processes.

Prepare documentation for customer audits and compliance requirements.

Work closely with factories to ensure quality and supplier compliance.

Coordinate with production and management teams across different countries.

Prepare presentations, process documentation, and tracking reports.

Support process improvement projects and other assigned initiatives.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Willing to travel overseas for 1–2 weeks per trip, approximately once every quarter.

Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
