Head of Operations (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the  strategic and operational management of hospital support services

Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality services that support  patient care delivery

Oversee maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and infrastructure reliability

Plan and deliver capital projects and facility development initiatives

Manage lifecycle of medical equipment (maintenance, repair, replacement)

Align equipment planning and acquisition with clinical and strategic needs

Ensure a safe and secure hospital environment

Develop and implement security policies and protocols

Lead and manage multiple department heads and operational teams

Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and administrative departments

Develop, manage, and control operational budgets

Drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost optimisation

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

Degree in Business / Engineering

At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare organisation
