Site Manager (Electrical)

Responsibilities

Lead overall project planning, execution, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Oversee site activities, subcontractors, vendors, manpower, logistics, and project delivery.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and maintain proper project documentation and reports.

Manage project budgets, costs, profitability, contracts, variation orders, claims, and final accounts.

Build strong client relationships and provide technical solutions and value engineering.

Identify opportunities for additional works, business development, and future projects.

Support tendering and proposal activities with technical, commercial, and execution inputs.

Lead cross-functional teams and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering

At least 5 years of relevant experience

Experience in project execution within the power, energy storage, or related industries

Strong knowledge of project cost control, contracts, and profitability

Good communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Strong commercial awareness and business development mindset
