Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor import, export, and offshore shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, shipping regulations, and operational requirements.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Maintain accurate shipment records, stock data, and master data information.
Support shipment tracking, internal applications, and operational reporting activities.
Process MUGEN workflow transactions accurately and promptly.
Assist with process transitions, standard operating procedure (SOP) maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma qualification with at least 3 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
Experience in the chemical industry or bulk shipment operations.
Basic knowledge of international trade practices.
Familiarity with shipping documentation and Incoterms.
Understanding of payment terms, contract management systems, and ERP workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) and Documents Against Payment (DP) is an added advantage.
