Customer Service Assistant / Officer (Warehouse) | Up to $3,000 | 4-Day Work Week

💰 Salary: $2,800 – $3,000/month

📍 Location: North/West

🕒 Work Schedule: 4-day work week | 12-hour rotating shifts

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Prepare and update shipping, inventory, and delivery documentation.

Monitor order status and resolve customer issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records and update information in the system.

Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service environment is an advantage.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Able to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
