This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and making a real impact on manufacturing performance and product quality.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Provide daily engineering support to ensure smooth, stable, and compliant production operations.

Troubleshoot process, equipment, tooling, and assembly-related issues to minimize downtime.

Drive yield, productivity, cycle time, and cost improvement initiatives.

Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.

Assist in process validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.

Support engineering changes, production ramp-up, capacity Work with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Tooling, and customers to resolve manufacturing challenges.

🎯 Who we’re looking for Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

1 to 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing engineering, or medical device manufacturing.

Basic knowledge of quality systems, ISO 13485, GMP, process

Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
