Job Summary

We seek a motivated Sales & Storekeeper specializing in marine valves and actuators to manage full sales cycles and store operations, developing business with shipowners, shipyards, and marine design institutes across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell marine valves, actuators, and related marine equipment to shipowners, shipyards, and design institutes across Southeast Asia

Manage full sales cycle including preparing quotations, coordinating technical details, supporting bids, following up orders, and arranging deliveries

Perform daily store-keeping operations such as stock checking and inventory management to maintain accurate inventory levels

Build and sustain strong customer relationships to support client retention and satisfaction

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence

Utilize online marketing skills to enhance product visibility and generate leads (advantageous)

Travel to shipyards for site visits to support sales and technical coordination

Read and interpret basic technical drawings in English to assist in sales and customer communication

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or higher in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years of experience in marine equipment or valve sales

Familiarity with classification society standards such as DNV, ABS, and CCS

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Self-driven with ability to work independently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in online marketing to support sales activities

Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (not mandatory but preferred)
