Job Summary

Contribute to architectural projects by developing designs, preparing documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating projects, and engaging with clients and contractors to deliver quality architectural outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, detail design, and tender documentation for Planning, Architectural, or Interior Design projects

Present design proposals using appropriate mediums for client and regulatory submissions

Review design compliance with technical and regulatory requirements under the guidance of the Qualified Person

Coordinate project activities and administer contracts to ensure timely and quality delivery

Attend site and project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate communication and resolve issues

Support the Architect by executing assigned architectural duties to contribute to project success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and SketchUp software to produce accurate design drawings and visualizations

Demonstrate initiative, strong design flair, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Exhibit resourcefulness, commitment, independence, and diligence in managing tasks

Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent

Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant architectural work experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
