About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational company as a Retail Manager in the Orchard Central Region. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and success of the Bed Linen department, with a focus on exceptional merchandising and customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales performance

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products and drive sales

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers

Lead and motivate a team of retail associates, providing training and support to help them excel

Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in retail management, in the Bedroom products etc Bed linen, Quilt Cover, diffusor

Proven track record in delivering exceptional merchandising and Retail Operations

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

Passion for the retail industry and a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour
