Job Title: Account Executive (JT-1048)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm
Basic Salary: up to $4000
Benefits: Bonus, 14 AL, transport provided after work
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, journals, and general ledger.
- Manage cash book, receipts and payments, including supplier payments and staff salaries.
- Perform monthly bank and intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports, including profitability and variance analysis.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents; liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
