Accounts Assistant OR Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Accounting Executive to support the day-to-day finance

operations of UNi-corp Singapore Pte Ltd and her group of companies. You will manage full-set accounts,

prepare monthly reports and work closely with our Finance Manager and colleagues in Singapore and

China.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

 Prepare bank reconciliations, accounting schedules and month-end closing entries.

 Prepare monthly management accounts and cash-flow reports.

 Prepare GST submissions and other statutory returns accurately and on time.

 Support the Finance Manager with report finalisation, audit schedules and year-end matters.

 Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders when required.

 Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and supporting documents.

 Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

What we are looking for

 Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.

 At least one year of relevant accounting experience; experience handling full-set accounts is preferred.

 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

 Experience with accounting software is advantageous; system training will be provided.

 Good command of written and spoken English.

 Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required for regular work-related communication with Mandarin-

speaking management and colleagues in China.

 Careful, dependable and able to meet reporting deadlines.

 Positive team player who takes initiative and works well in a small team.
