💼 Job Responsibilities

1. Sales & Design Consultation

Attend to walk-in and online enquiries

Meet with prospective clients

Provide layout planning, material selection & renovation proposals

Prepare quotations and presentations

2. Project Coordination

Liaise with contractors and suppliers

Schedule and oversee project timelines

Ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction

3. On-Site Supervision

Conduct regular site visits

Perform quality checks and resolve issues

Ensure workmanship meets design intent and standards
