Service Engineer (CCTV/Security system)

Our client is a security solution service provider for businesses in the commercial building, financial institution, retails, and shopping mall. Currently, they are looking for a Service Technician to join their team.

Job Details:

Salary range: $2800-$3500 (depends on experience)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Working Location: Ubi (Central)

Medical and birthday leave

Job Responsibilities:

Attend to service request promptly and professionally

Ensure system faults reported are rectified within the shortest possible time to   prevent disruption to operations

Work with principals, suppliers and engineers to resolve technical issues

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all CCTV / security systems

Support and assist team leader in meeting and ensuring customer satisfaction

Attend regular project meetings, inspections and check on sub-contractors work quality

Supervise sub-contractors and coordinate with main contractors and end users to ensure works are completed according to design intent and the workmanship meets the company standards

Carry out on-site project installation, testing and commissioning as required

Job Requirements:

Candidate with experience in CCTV / security industry will be an added advantage
