Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facility, plant infrastructure and equipment maintenance.

Plan and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown investigations.

Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for equipment failures.

Oversee M&E systems including electrical, air-conditioning, chillers, air compressors/dryers and utilities.

Coordinate contractors/vendors for maintenance, installation and facility improvement projects.

Drive energy efficiency, sustainability and Energy Management System (EMS) initiatives.

Support HSE, regulatory compliance, project documentation and facility improvement activities.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Valid Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) Certificate is required.

Minimum 3–5 years of facilities/equipment management experience.

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace or industrial facilities will be advantageous.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, CMMS, predictive maintenance and energy management systems is an advantage.
