Job Responsibilities:

Provided excellent customer service and built excellent relationships with clients.

Maintained boutique appearance, visual merchandising, and brand presentation standards.

Assisted with stock management, inventory counts, POS transactions, and CRM updates.

Job Requirements:

Familiar with luxury retail, with jewellery experience being a plus.

Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Positive, responsible team player with excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
