Customer Service Executive (Order Management & SAP)

Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries through email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring prompt and professional support.

Resolve customer complaints, claims, and service issues, escalating complex matters when required.

Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately within the system.

Allocate inventory and coordinate delivery arrangements to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Promote and recommend relevant products and services to existing customers.

Conduct regular customer meetings to maintain strong engagement and communication.

Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvement initiatives.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.

Prepare monthly reports on customer service activities and performance metrics.

Support the implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and continuous improvement projects.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient resolution of customer-related issues.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

2 to 3 years of experience in order processing, delivery coordination, and customer relationship management.

Experience in the spare parts distribution industry is an added advantage.

Experience handling customer enquiries and claims via email and phone.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA SD module.
