Interior Designer (Mixed-Use / Retai)

Job Responsibilities

Develop concept designs and supporting visual materials, including mood and sample boards, for assigned projects.

Produce detailed drawing packages and written specifications from concept through detailed design stages, including SD/DD documentation.

Collaborate with design and drafting teams to develop creative solutions, monitor drawing production, and guide team members.

Prepare and lead client presentations, attend project meetings, and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.

Support projects across Asia-Pacific, ensuring design ideas are developed and delivered in line with project requirements.

Job Requirements

Min Degree in Interior Design or equivalent, with strong knowledge of interior architecture.

At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a large-scale, multi-disciplinary design firm.

Strong skills in space planning, conceptual design, sketching, technical coordination, and drawing production, with the ability to present independently to clients.

Creative and collaborative team player with experience in guiding or developing design teams and supporting junior team members.
