1 Year Buyer / Procurement (Elevator / Escalator) | Kaki Bukit | Up to $4200 #NKA

Location: Kaki Bukit

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $4200 + completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Source and compare quotations, pricing, terms and product/service quality from suppliers and subcontractors.

Process purchase requisitions, quotations and Purchase Orders.

Coordinate with requestors, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment.

Conduct vendor assessment, qualification and subcontractor induction.

Support tender purchasing from sourcing and evaluation to award.

Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.

Prepare monthly spending/savings reports and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Identify and propose purchasing process improvements.

Support ad hoc projects and activities as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering.

Knowledge in the elevator and escalator industry

Experience in vendor management.

Supply chain experience will be an advantage.

Sound knowledge of Purchasing principles.
