What you’ll do

Front-desk customer service (students & parents)

Handle enquiries, registrations, scheduling & payments

Recommend suitable programmes & support enrolment

Assist in centre operations, events & workshops

Manage feedback and service recovery

What we’re looking for

✔ Customer service / retail / education experience: a major plus

✔ Good communication & interpersonal skills

✔ Comfortable working on both weekends

✔ Positive, outgoing & service-oriented personality

✔ Able to work across island-wide centres if needed for operation needs
