Retail Assistant

At Far East Flora Market, we welcome customers from all walks of life — from everyday flower lovers to event planners and floral businesses.

We are looking for someone friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys customer interaction, maintaining beautiful retail spaces, and being part of a team that creates positive shopping experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting customers with enquiries and purchases

Replenishing and arranging products on display

Supporting cashiering and daily retail operations

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the retail space

Assisting during festive periods and store activations

Supporting the team with general retail duties

Helping create a smooth and positive customer experience

Who We Think Will Fit This Role

Willing to learn and support different retail tasks

Prior retail experience is a bonus, but not required
