Summary
The Chemist is responsible for the company’s product development and quality control (in industrial lubricants).
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with product formulation and development on new projects and existing products
Preparing product specifications and safety data sheets (PDS/SDS) and compliant documents(COA, COC), aligned with industrial and regulatory standards
Evaluation of new and alternative raw materials that are compliant with regulatory requirements
Perform product analysis and controls to ensure quality assurance and traceability
Conduct testing, maintain test methods and instruments with safe laboratory practices
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Material/Polymer Science
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in laboratory works or product developments (particular with industrial lubricants).
Good analytical skills and team player
