Technical Coordinator (Mixed-Use / Retail)

Job Responsibilities

Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers on project matters, and participate in project and technical coordination meetings.

Coordinate with internal design teams to align project priorities, resources, and deliverables.

Lead the detailed design process, coordinate design information, and manage collaboration between the design team and professional consultants.

Prepare, develop, and present technical design proposals and drawing packages using Revit, AutoCAD, and related design tools.

Develop and advise on design solutions, specifications, material selections, schedules, and technical documentation, as well as support stage inspections and project delivery.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior architecture, or a related design environment.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other graphic presentation software.

Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.

Able to support regional project requirements.
