Looking for a hands-on laboratory role in the Food & Flavour industry? Join a lab team supporting flavour sample preparation, compounding and quality checks.
Job Scope:
Compound flavour samples according to approved formulas
Perform basic quality checks on samples
Prepare and submit samples for testing
Manage raw material and sample inventory
Follow SOPs and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and safe lab environment
Requirements
NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or related fields
Relevant laboratory or Food & Flavour experience is an advantage
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Able to follow formulas, SOPs and instructions
Willing to perform hands-on laboratory work
No dietary restrictions or food allergies
