Technical Officer (Security Systems)

Job Responsibilities

Support the execution of service and maintenance activities for security systems at clients’ premises.

Liaise with client representatives on service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical matters.

Assist the supervisor in coordinating service teams, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring timely completion of works.

Manage day-to-day client interactions and support service delivery to meet customer requirements and expectations.

Ensure maintenance activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health requirements and perform other technical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Hands-on experience with security systems, including Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.

Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Independent, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
