Project Team Manager (Security & Building Systems)

Job Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee service projects from execution to completion, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Lead project teams by coordinating tasks, resources, schedules, and programme activities towards project objectives.

Communicate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project milestones, manage expectations, and resolve escalations as the main point of contact.

Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed solutions, baseline budgets, timelines, quality requirements, and customer expectations.

Maintain proper project documentation and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Min Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field.

Min 3 years of relevant experience in management team

Strong communication, coordination, resource planning, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively to deadlines.

Basic knowledge of ELV, automation, networking, or security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems is an advantage.
