Job Summary

CEC (Cornerstone Engineering & Construction) seeks a Project Sales & Project Coordinator to manage construction and event projects, driving client engagement, project execution, and logistics coordination with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to client enquiries and conduct consultations to understand project needs

Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with potential clients to secure business opportunities

Coordinate construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion, ensuring milestones are met

Support event logistics and manage on-site coordination to deliver seamless event execution

Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows

Manage multiple project timelines and logistics, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations

Apply construction knowledge and industry experience to anticipate challenges and propose solutions

Work independently and proactively to resolve issues and maintain project momentum

Communicate confidently with clients to build trust and foster long-term relationships

Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail across all project activities

Be willing to work on-site as required to oversee project progress and address on-ground needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Construction knowledge or relevant industry experience
