1 Year Operations Executive (Client Account Management) | Labrador Park | Up to $3000 + Incentives #NKA

Location: Labrador Park

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $3000 basic + $150 incentives monthly (after 3 months probation)

Job Responsibilities:

Managing assigned accounts to meet the agreed clients KPI and, SLAs within the allocated budget

Liaising with customers and ground staff on all operational issues to ensure daily operations runs smoothly

Primary escalation point for client on account service delivery issues

Manage small teams of junior staffs to meet clients’ SLAs and KPIs based on approved budget and sizing

Establish SOPs and drive processes compliance

Manage clients’ expectations and build relationships thru regular and scheduled engagements to share on monthly progress reports and achievement.

Responsible for timely, accurate data reporting and client billing for both internal and external parties

Initiate and drive incident closure with preventive and reactive actions to recover client confidence

Handle, lead and drive changes below major requests for assigned accounts
