JOB SCOPE

Handling the settlement of all wealth management products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits etc.

Handling of Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements

Trained to be trainer to the new system, while participating in systems UAT

Making constructive and practical suggestions to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risks

Processing the Deposits and Remittances (D&R) such as Deposit accounts and remittances for Corporate Banking

Processing the Accounts Payables, including providing support for vendor payments and staff claims (non-Oracle)

Management of SWIFT Alliance system, including processing of SWIFT

Co-ordination with other stakeholders to resolve issues

Carries out other duties as and when assigned

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
