Coordinate with underwriters, medical examiners, and private wealth managers to facilitate seamless policy onboarding.

Oversee medical underwriting logistics, financial documentation checks, and technical requirements from submission to inception.

Manage anti-money laundering, know-your-customer, and regulatory compliance checks for private clients.

Resolve operational bottlenecks and technical queries between brokers, clients, and technical insurance specialists.

Maintain pipeline tracking, premium allocation verification, and policy delivery records to meet operational targets.

Strong back-office execution experience handling policy inception and underwriting operations for high-net-worth insurance solutions.

Solid understanding of medical underwriting processes, financial underwriting documentation, and onboarding requirements.

Familiarity with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations within private wealth or life insurance sectors.

Excellent stakeholder management skills to liaise with technical specialists, underwriters, and private client brokers.

High attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex cases and operational workflows efficiently.
