Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical)

Responsibilities

Design and prepare tender proposals, and analyze tender submissions

Validate cost plans  and  review technical specifications  prepared by technical consultants.

Drive cost planning and control that involves outline and detailed approximate cost.

Study contract documents, handle progress claims, and variation orders

Tendering:

Documentation: Collect data, prepare bills of quantities, and ensure documentation is well-prepared

Site surveys: Attend and evaluate site surveys

Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to submit progress reports and final accounts

Responsibilities

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering.

Fresh graduates with 6 months of internship as a Quantity Surveyor are preferred

Candidate possesses 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the building/data centre/hospitality industry is an added advantage.

Perform Quantity Surveyor in mechanical field is preferred.

Assists in project costs and contractual agreements
