Clinic Assistant (Endoscopy)

Responsibilities

Engage with patients and their families regarding medical conditions.

Handle payment processing and insurance claims related to medical services provided.

Manage administrative tasks related to Medisave and private integrated plan submissions.

Collaborate with insurance representatives, clinic staff, and accountants concerning claims.

Prepare cheque refunds for patients.

Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in administration or related fields.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Strong time management skills to efficiently multitask.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Capable of working collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
